By accessing, registering for, subscribing to, integrating with, or using PRYSM's services, website, dashboards, APIs, reports, or connected marketplace tools, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions.

PRYSM continually improves its platform and may introduce, modify, or discontinue features without prior notice.

PRYSM does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with all third-party systems.

PRYSM may integrate with Amazon services through Selling Partner API (SP-API) and other approved integration mechanisms.

By connecting your Amazon Seller account, you:

• Authorize PRYSM to access data explicitly approved during authorization.
• Confirm that you possess authority to grant such access.
• Permit PRYSM to retrieve, process, store, and display authorized marketplace information solely to deliver platform functionality.
• Understand that access permissions are controlled through Amazon authorization settings.

PRYSM:

• Does not claim ownership of Amazon marketplace data.
• Uses marketplace data only for service operation, analytics, reporting, and approved business functionality.
• Does not sell marketplace data to third parties.

Availability and functionality may depend on Amazon policies, API limits, and service availability.

You are responsible for all activities performed through your account.

You agree to:

• Maintain accurate and complete account information.
• Keep login credentials secure and confidential.
• Manage user permissions and connected accounts responsibly.
• Ensure all uploaded or connected data is lawful and accurate.
• Monitor account activity for unauthorized access.
• Immediately notify PRYSM of suspected security incidents.

You agree not to:

• Use PRYSM for unlawful activities.
• Attempt unauthorized access to systems.
• Reverse engineer or disrupt platform functionality.
• Upload malicious software or harmful code.
• Circumvent usage limitations or security mechanisms.

Violation of these responsibilities may result in suspension or termination.

Certain PRYSM features may require paid subscriptions.

By subscribing, you agree that:

• Subscription fees are billed according to your selected plan.
• Plans renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal.
• Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Applicable taxes, duties, and government charges remain your responsibility.

Failure to complete payment may result in:

• Subscription cancellation

Customers remain responsible for maintaining valid payment information.

By using PRYSM, you grant PRYSM a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to:

PRYSM does not acquire ownership rights over customer data.

PRYSM provides Services on an "as available" and "as is" basis.

PRYSM does not guarantee business outcomes, marketplace performance, or uninterrupted availability.

Where liability cannot legally be excluded, PRYSM's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for Services during the applicable claim period.

Either party may terminate access to PRYSM subject to applicable agreements.

PRYSM may suspend or terminate accounts for reasons including:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent activity
• Security concerns
• Non-payment
• Misuse of integrations
• Legal or regulatory requirements

Upon termination:

• Platform access may be revoked.
• Integrations may be disconnected.
• Subscription benefits may end.
• Certain records may be retained where legally required.

Termination does not remove obligations incurred before termination.

PRYSM may update these Terms periodically.
